This personalised session or group of sessions can be tailored to your individual needs, practices can include breathwork, movement, sound journeys, along with plant and flower essences. A 4 week/month course of ‘Soul Gardening’ connecting to the roots, heart, flowers and seeds using flower essences to support the passage. Get in touch to discuss your needs and availability.

A half or full day retreat full of practical self care tools to help navigate through this landmark. Aiming to give space and time to honour and dignify this passage. Through listening we deepen our relationships with ourselves as we figure what we want to authentically be in the next stage of our lives. A 4 week/month course re visiting the spring, summer, autumn and winter of our lives.

Wellness at Work
Depending on the needs of the team a wellness at work session would be designed for the group in mind. That might be to reduce stress, to encourage an attitude of self care or to simply relax. You can book a 1 hour repose session that will take you through a short meditation and breathwork session followed by a longer sound bath. If you would like to dive deeper the soul Gardening session is 3 hours long and suitable for a full morning or afternoon activity.
