Please pay at least 24 hours before the event to ensure your place is reserved. Your place is not guaranteed until it is paid for.

Please arrive at least ten minutes before the session.  Every effort is made to hold class on time. 

You are 100% responsible for your physical, mental and emotional well-being during the sessions, and if any activity does not suit you, we encourage you to stop the practice.

No shoes are allowed in the studio space, and mobile phones to be turned onto silent mode.

The fee paid is non-refundable, if you cancel or are unable to attend please inform us as soon as possible, every effort will be made to transfer you onto another course however this cannot be guaranteed.

If the course or workshop is cancelled or moved to another date and you are unable to attend then you will be refunded the full amount paid.

Pear Tree Studios is a very safe space, however it is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.

By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
